1. What is Ajran Centre?
Ajran Centre is Malaysia's online bookstore that sells international and local best sellers and other Islamic  resources to adults and kids alike - you will loveeee the kids section, masha Allah they're super duper colorful! :)


2. What's the difference between Ajran Centre website and Ajran Facebook Page?
Our website is where we park our catalog and where our dear customers place their orders. Ajran Facebook Page on the other hand is a Fan Page dedicated to fellow Ajran-ites to read detail review and get more insights on our products and obtain free daily updates and beautiful gems from the Quran and Sunnah. Ever wonder what the Kids books look like on the inside? Check out our Facebook Page soon! :)


MAKING AN ORDER
3. How do we make orders?
i.Browse through our catalogs at ajrancentre.blogspot.com
ii. Identify the code of the items you are interested in (e.g. ENO1, BM02, etc) 
iii. Submit order via our Order Form - insert your details and item codes here
iv. Receive email confirmation from us with total amount to be paid (within 24 hours for us to confirm with suppliers)
vi. Make online payment to our bank and email us proof of purchase
vii. Receive payment confirmation email from Ajran Centre
iix. Receive item between 3 - 5 working days 


4. What are the delivery type available and relevant charges?
i. Self Pick Up: KLCC on weekdays (lunch hour/outside working hours) FREE
ii. Within Klang Valley: Door to door delivery - Saturday only RM 10.00
iii. East Malaysia:  Via Poslaju - INTRODUCTORY Flat rate RM 7.00 
iv. West Malaysia: Via Poslaju - INTRODUCTORY Flat rate RM 12.00
v. International: Based on weight and Pos Malaysia charges schedule


5. What are the payment options available?
i. Cash on delivery: for door to door delivery and self pick up only
ii. Online banking: You can make online payment to our CIMB Account
iii. ATM transfer: You can transfer money to our CIMB Account via ATM


RETURN POLICY
6. Can I return purchased item?
i. Sorry, for now we do not accept any returns or exchange - we will definitely update you insha Allah should this policy change in the future :)


OTHERS
7. Do you accept bulk orders/wholesale?
i. Yes we do accept bulk orders! If you wish to distribute mini pocket books on weddings or supply our books to schools or even for charity - just contact us via email at ajrancentre@gmail.com. We will work something out from there, bi'ithnillah.


8. How are we notified of new arrivals?
Come, let's like Ajran Centre facebook page :) You will not only be notified of new updates but also reviews on our books, gems from the Quran and Sunnah as well as more pictures you don't get to see here!
